EEA Signs MoU with Capstone Real Estate to Boost National Entrepreneurship and Empower Emirati Entrepreneurs





As part of its strategy to empower and support Emirati entrepreneurs and develop the national entrepreneurship ecosystem, the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Capstone Real Estate. The signing ceremony was held in Abu Dhabi in the presence of His Excellency Sanad Al Meqbali, Chairman of the Board.

Under this agreement, the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association and Capstone Real Estate will collaborate on a range of initiatives to support Emirati entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the real estate sector. The partnership aims to develop mechanisms to support startups, provide real estate facilities for entrepreneurs, and organize workshops and training programs to enhance entrepreneurial and investment skills in the real estate field.

On the sidelines of the signing, Mr. Ali Al Khouri, Board Member of the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association, affirmed the Association’s commitment to forming impactful partnerships that support national entrepreneurship. He expressed his pride in expanding partnerships that empower Emirati entrepreneurs and SMEs, recognizing them as a cornerstone of the national economy. He also emphasized the importance of collaborating with Capstone Real Estate, which seeks to support the real estate sector and develop joint solutions to address challenges faced by Emirati entrepreneurs.

For his part, Mr. Amer Al Ahbabi, Chairman of Capstone Real Estate, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs on their journey to success by providing an integrated work environment that enables them to achieve their ambitions. He noted that the partnership with the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association will open new horizons for empowering startups through innovative real estate solutions that enhance sustainability and drive business growth.

This collaboration is part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to build supportive partnerships for Emirati entrepreneurs and empower SMEs, strengthening the ties between the Association, its partners, and its members.
